Putting Safety First

Every employee at Kelly Construction Company is involved and committed to safety. In 2009, our company introduced a custom safety program called “Safety Pays.” This includes foreman led daily safety talks and regular safety meetings held by our Safety Director, providing training and incentive based performance measures. With this in place, Kelly is expecting to achieve new levels of success through increased safety. 

All Kelly employees are regularly drug tested and are required to adhere to company drug and alcohol policies. We believe that every employee has the right to a safe environment and every team member is responsible for contributing to it. We also maintain a strict commitment to a drug-free and alcohol-free environment to protect the integrity of the work we conduct for all of our clients.
