Kelly Construction Company is headquartered in the historic city of Birmingham, Alabama. We also have an office in Atlanta, Georgia. These locations have allowed us to accommodate projects, large or small, throughout the southeast region.
Kelly is proud to be an American-owned and operated company and one of the fastest growing milling, grading and asphalt operations in the southeast. Our offices are strategically located to serve private sector, government and public customers throughout our market area.
